A great day of learning and fun for third graders

We had a great day today.  We even had outdoor recess.

We read for information from nonfiction text.  We also used maps for information.  

We continued working on Poetry Ringo.

In math we took our STAR test.  We also checked the practice math test.  The practice test is one that has sample questions from the state test.  They are not the exact questions, but similar in format and type of questions.  These cam home for you to go over with your child, discuss, and sign.  

We also had time to get on IXL Math.   

We finished our maps reading for social studies.
