We had another busy day today. It seems like we have
so much to do!
We started with the last place value hidden picture of the
year. The kids loved these, and were sad when I told them it was the last
one.
In reading we made our booklet and filled in a time
line. We had to use the information from the booklet to fill this
out. Some answers weren't as obvious, and the children had to use some
inference skills.
We are almost through with our book. I hope you have
sent in your letter and money if you want a copy. After I send it off
tomorrow, we can't order any more.
In math we took a very short quiz over some skills we have
covered. They liked the length, but didn't like it when I told them they
would make a "C" if they missed one, so they needed to take their
time. They were skills that they should be very comfortable with.
