Yearbooks arrive today

We started by doing some reading.  Even though we are through taking AR tests, I don't want them to stop reading.

We reviewed odd and even numbers today. (Multi-digit)  We discussed how the ones told us if a number was odd or even, no matter how large a number is.  For example, 2,789,789,786 is even, because the number in the ones digit, the 6, is even.

We did some nonfiction reading today, as well.  We read about John Adams, then we watched part of "Liberty's Kids" where the Declaration of Independence was signed.  

Those that made at least 3 of the 4 AR goals this year were treated to bouncy houses in the gym.  We ate in the room since those were set up.

Yearbooks came in.  I think there are a few extras if you want to get one.
