We had a wonderful day today! I can tell that spring fever has hit some of us, though. Some are having a little trouble staying on task and doing what they should. We are working on it daily.
We took our Istation math test this morning. We have to take it each month to see how your child has grown.
We finished our book, The Lucky Baseball Bat. It was enjoyed by all. I didn't realize it was as old as it was. But it was a great example of choosing not to give up. We peer read for 2 chapters. I paired them up and they sat side-by-side with chairs facing in opposite directions. Then they took turns reading. We reviewed characters, problems, and solutions using this book today.
We were able to get on spellingtraining.com for a bit. We also played Sparkle using our spelling lists.
We are wearing our baseball attire tomorrow if you have any. No cleats, though. Hats will only be allowed outside. They will not be allowed to wear them inside.
