We had a good day today! I think some were coming down from a sugar rush from the Easter Bunny, though. Many wanted to take a nap, including the teacher! But we made it through!
Children do not have school this Friday, April 14th. Teachers report, but students do not.
Testing will start next week. Snacks are greatly appreciated. I bought individual packages of pretzels already. I will probably buy at least one day's drinks, as well.
We read a couple of stories today. We discussed their likes and differences. We also partnered up and retold parts of them, as well. We also read a short passage about the egg art done in the Ukraine. We made a reading lesson into a social studies one too. We then designed our own colorful eggs, using the information we read.
