We had a fabulous Friday! I think everyone was ready for the
weekend, though.
We started with some number ordering practice.
In reading we took a vocabulary and skills test.
We did a wordsearch with our spelling words. We also took
our first test of the year.
In math we worked more with place value up to 10,000. The
numbers that had a 0 in one of the digits gave some of them trouble when
writing the number in words or writing in standard form.
We had some silent reading time today. We also wrote some of
our favorites and tried to find a classmate that shared at least one of the
items on our list.
Don't forget book orders are due next week.
