We had another great day in third grade.
I reminded them that we are taking our spelling test
tomorrow, rather than Friday. They were surprised they didn't have
school.
We worked on our spelling words, by looking at the phonetics
and the usage of them.
We also did some reading of passages. We had to find
the most important information in each one and answer some questions.
We played SCOOT using money cards. They have
this game down now. As with anything new, it takes a little bit of
practice to get the procedures down.
