We had a fast and furious Friday! We started by
describing the characters in Stone Fox and doing a word search from
the book.
We actually finished the book today. We will review it
on Monday and do a couple of things with it. Everyone loved the book, but
there were many tears at the end. If you haven't read this, Searchlight
dies. I may have got a little teared up, as well. We discussed the power
of words. We worked with vocabulary too.
In math we worked with fractions using a few jelly
beans. This was a big hit!
We took our spelling test.
10 more days! It doesn't seem possible!
