We started by finishing our task cards that ask for the sentence that doesn't belong with the main idea of the passage.
We worked with dictionary skills this morning, as well. We worked on it together. Many had trouble, but we will work with them throughout the year.
We worked with using addition to check our subtraction problem. For example, if 48-13=35, then if we add 35 to 13 we should get 48.
Our music program is the Tuesday that we come back from break. Your child is to wear a blue shirt and jeans or this year's school shirt and jeans.
