We took our spelling test today. We take those online so each child may test at his or her own pace.
In math we finished up our unit on the properties of addition. We covered the commutative, identity, and the associative properties. Ask your child to show you examples. If you need to look it up, don't feel bad. I wouldn't remember much of this if I weren't teaching it.
Don't forget that tonight your child can get into the game for free with the Shawnee shirt given to him or her today. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The comics are due next Thursday, Sept. 22.
If you have not turned in the note I sent home about the blog, please do so on Monday!
Your child received a book today. I have some people who donate money each year so that each child gets a book each month.
We started our days with bubbles. We earned a reward, as we completed our second row on our compliment chart.Have a great weekend. Remember, I am only a call, email, or text away!
