We had a wonderful Wednesday! Although it has been difficult remembering today was Wednesday. Yesterday, I kept thinking it was Monday.
We dissected word problems today. They are never anyone’s favorite. But we went over some strategies to help us when we have one. We added this information to our notebooks. We also did five practice word problems. Like anything else, they are easier when you deal with one thing at a time.
We added our spelling words to Spelling Training. We will not have a test until next Friday, October 28.
Our reading also covers social studies. We are learning about the government.
A couple of notes came home today with upcoming events. Please remind your child to return his or her Wednesday folder tomorrow.
