We had another great day in third grade! We have a new
crystal (Mrs. Christian's Crystals) in our class. Welcome, Emilio!
We started with some silent reading. Then we had to
tell about the story we have been reading on our own words. We wrote this in
our writer's notebook.
We also reviewed prefixes and suffixes by playing a
bingo game with words using prefixes and suffixes.
We worked more with our "IN/Out charts. We
finished the ones we made on paper. Then I made one in the floor and
we filled in the empty spots with buttons, rather than numbers. They just
had to count the buttons.
